iCloud syncs ~/Documents/SYD/ to Mac Mini + MacBook. Pre-baker reads it at 06:00.
SYD reads vault files via Read tool and Bash. Index files are the floor directory — read these first.
Skills and MCPs write back to vault. IBM content → Box only. Never iCloud.
Change log appended per file changed. iCloud conflict siblings alert on detection.
